Fall Battle of the Cupcakes!

Hi everyone, this is Stephanie, and I'm the newest member of the Cupcake Militia. I was hazed in recently. I was told I must keep the process a secret, but I will tell you it was traumatic!! So this past weekend the four of us got together for a bake off. We decided to make Halloween/fall inspired cupcakes. Making four different kinds of cupcakes all at the same time led to quite a mess, as seen below.





You can see Logan in the background drooling over all the yummies we are making! That kitchen smelled amazing. I was wishing I had a hot apple cider and a sweater to cuddle up in. Alas, we are in Florida, and the only fall we will have is in the cupcakes! There will be a blog post on each of the different cupcakes, but here is a breakdown. I made a pumpkin cupcake with cream cheese icing. Kelly made an apple pie inspired cupcake. Jen made a sweet potato cupcake with a marshmallow topping. Michelle made a red velvet cupcake with cream cheese icing. The photo below shows all four beautiful, yummy creations!
